Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body. The forks can be applied directly to muscles. The acu-points and the meridian system (the same acupuncturist use) are used to help release energy and relax the body. They open up energetic pathways to unwind tight muscles, reduce inflammation, reduce anxiety and increase the flow of vital energy essential to healing. There are different treatments that help heal heart ache, balance chakras, and used bilaterally down the spine to benefit the nervous system and relax the back muscles.
